X/Y/Z registration with self-locking system is embedded into the printing table for fast and easy adjustment. The printing table is made up with the composite stainless steel, scratches prove, and the absolute flatness is within +/-0.05 mm. Roller platform is equipped along the sides of the printing table for easy loading/unloading of glass.
The ventilation system is controlled pneumatically, automatic exchanging from air cushion to vacuum and vise versa. It is specially equipped with the option of “No. 2” vacuum action for securing the proper registration.
The peel-off adjustment is done through the patented ball screw system with direct scale reading, and self-locking. Quick and easy with precision adjustment is the key feature of the machine.
The printing carriage is driven by the advanced digital controlled AC motor. Running on the double parallel high precision Linear Motion Guide (“Rexroth”, Germany), stepless speed adjustment to ensure smooth movement.
Using “NAIS” and “MITSUBISHI”(Japan) PLC, “Bosch Rexroth”(Germany), “PARKER” (U.S.A.) and “PNEUMAX”(Italy) pneumatic components.
The TPM-G/C is the 3/4-automatic version of TPM-G， equipped with the automatic discharge conveyor for sending the printed glass to the following process, such as inspection and dryer. The discharge direction is option for left- or right-hand delivery, stepless speed adjustable.
Option: Drip-free squeegee (patented).
The printing width can be optional: 800mm、900mm、1000mm.
