Application Scope:
Designed for flat glass surface printing.
Main Features:

Operated
via a touchscreen interface with full digital control. Supports up to 100
recipe groups that can be named, stored, retrieved, and modified as
needed. Equipped with an Ethernet interface for remote communication, allowing
easy data collection and equipment parameter updates.

Controlled
by PLC and fully driven by servo motors.

Two-post
structural design. The screen frame moves vertically and is servo-driven.
Equipped with a handwheel-operated precision off-contact adjustment system
with self-locking mechanism—no need for manual locking.

Precision
registration through X1/X2/Y-axis three-point micro-adjustment system.

The
squeegee head is servo-driven, with digitally adjustable printing speed.

The
squeegee head can be lifted for easy installation/removal of the blade and
screen cleaning. The head can also tilt at a certain angle to meet
specific printing requirements.

Equipped
with an ink drip prevention system and off-contact function to improve
product yield.

with a reliable three-sided safety protection system to ensure operator
