Description: The UV Dryer is a high performance machine for curing the UV ink.
Features:
1. According to the curing requirement, the lamp power is adjustable with two options.
2. The service life of each lamp is recorded by individual counter for monitoring the best performance of each UV lamp.
3. In order to achieve the best light distribution across the curing area, the high quality imported reflector is applied.
4. The distance between the lamp and the conveyor is adjustable.
5. To maintain the environmental temperature inside the dryer, the machine is equipped with sufficient ventilation system.
6. Breathable TEFLON coated conveyor belt is used on the dryer, with stepless speed control.
7. Security system for the conveyor belt and air flow is standard on the machine: the lamps will be cut off automatically if the conveyor belt is motionless and exceeds the preset safety temperature inside the dryer.
