1. The reflector angle is computer-aid designed for the best light distribution. The reflector panel is the high quality material imported from Germany.
2. The position of the exposing lamp can be freely adjusted in accordance to the printing frame sizes.
3. The exposing time is controlled with timer.
4. Equipped with the delay exposure function. Set the time has to be delayed, press the start button of the exposure lamp. The lamp will start until the time is up. In this way, the operator will has time to walk away to keep himself away from the UV.
VACUUM COPYING FRAME
VF SERIES
1. Motor- driven flip over mechanism, the turning from loading position to the vertical position for exposing is being .
2. The high power oil-free, low noise vacuum pump from U.S.A. is employed. The vacuuming force can reach -600 mmHg. Special vacuum blanket from America with good flexibility is used to wrap around the printing frame with the action of the vacuum force to ensure the perfect intact between the film, the stencil and the glass pane.
3. The size of the machine is manufactured against the customers’ requirement.
