Description: The SG squeegee grinder is specially designed for re-sharpen the worn-out squeegee after long time service. The machine will be supplied with the squeegee holders for machine squeegee profile and manual squeegee as well.
Feature:
1. Micrometer height adjustment of the grinding unit allows the operator to control the part of the squeegee that should be grinded when he sharpen the squeegee.
2. The two large size drums are made from aluminum alloy, make the heat caused by the grinding action can be dispersed easily.
3. The supporter of the squeegee holder can be moved in the longitudinal direction, the scope is 0~100mm, make the belt to be used fully.
4. The supporter of the squeegee holder can bias an angle with the scope 0~10°,easy to adjust the angle needed.
5. The two balanced rails are set with precision, ensure the ground straight degree of the squeegee.
