Description: This equipment is mostly used in the electronic industry for printing on cover glass, cover of the capacitive screen, ELpanel, LCD displays, keyboard and instrument panel with high accuracy requirement. High efficiency and low reject rate are the unique features.
1. The control console is the advanced TOUCH PANEL SCREEN, controlled with the numerical value, pre-programmable with storage upto 100 sets of programmes, easy retrievable for any repeated jobs and amendment.
2. Motor-driven vertical screen lifting system to prevent any unnecessary ink flow on the screen, small volume of ink can be printed, registration and clean very easily.
3. The snap-off distance and the height for cleaning the frame are set with the numerical value. Convenient to revised the value if needed.
4. The printing action is driven by the AC Servo motor and the printing head runs on the double parallel high precision Linear Motion Guide, ensure the smooth movement and the high printing speed. The printing speed and the stroke are adjustable. It is convenient to revise the printing speed and the stroke with entry the value needed.
5. The structure of the two rigid side arms to hold the screen frame. The rigid side arm can be moved to the proper position according to the printing requirement. Various size of the screen frames are acceptable.
6. The screen frame is locked by air cylinder together with the handwheel.
7. The air pump apply the brand that from Taiwan, the vacuuming action is controlled by the valve and the air cylinder，making the registration more accurate and easier. It can be also set with the air blow function to make the unloading action more easier.
8. In order to improve the quality and the reliability of the machine, all of the important spare parts apply the famous brand that from Japan and Europe. Such as the air cylinder supplied by “PneuWerke” from Switzerland, the valve and pressure regulator supplied by “NORGREN” from England, the Linear Motion Guide supplied by ”Sheffield” from England, the PLC supplied by “Panasonic” from Japan and so on.
9. It is equipped with the protection safety device, ensured the workers’ safety operation.
